I will have to go with Creed's Royal English Leather. Sublime, majestic, raw, beautiful, and incredibly luxurious. Fit for a king.

Van Cleef and Arples pour Homme, Bvlgari pour Homme Soir, and it's nice to see someone else mention Ralph Lauren Purple Label...it doesn't get much air time.
I don't have a signature fragrance. My signature changes a little bit every day, why shouldn't my fragrance?

    A*Men
    Musc Ravageur

I generally use the first two scents mostly. I like the smell of Aqua Di Gio, but it doesnt last on my skin. I suppose the good thing is nobody wears it here! Terre Hermes etc were blind purchases. I also like Dior Homme, but again the damn scent doesnt last!
In Angel Men you already have one of the best smelling men's scents ever created. That's a start.

Etat Libre d'Orange's Antiheros is simply stylish, especially if you can get it at about 1/2 price.

One scent comes to mind: Guerlain Derby in the older version. (The new one in the wooden bottle is nice but somehow gutted.)

A leather chypre that commands attention, maturity and grace. No candy-sweet notes and not an aquatic.

I've come late to the party with Chanel Egoiste but i'm pretty much overwhelmed with the beauty and quiet yet dominating masculinity of this fragrance. You don't need a long, flowery explanation of notes, just inhale, and you will know...

Tiffany for Men might fit. As does Chanel Pour Monsieur.

Guerlain Derby is another great one for this.

I adore Chanel Egoiste but don't think it fits what OP is asking for.
