Default YSL PH vs. YSL PH Haute Concentraion

    Hey Guys

I was wondering whats the diff in the smell between these two, I find YSL PH to be a Eau Savage family of frags, I know what YSL PH smells like and Eau Savage, but not YSL PH HC, could someone help a brotha out!

To me, I get less citrus (comparatively) but more of the aromatic herbs in the HC version, more spicy in a way. The vetiver drydown is also dry and dusty smelling. I like both versions especially for the fall season because of the dry/dusty scent that I get.
You can easily get by with just one or two spritzes on HC and that'll last for hours.

I think the only real difference is the longevity. The HC wins when both are compared here.
I agree that there might be a feeling of deeper spiciness on the HC as well.
But it soon becomes clear that the two are pretty much the same IMHO.

I prefer the original. I don't have longevity issues with either one, but I can't wear the HC in warm weather, as it gets too "dirty" on my skin. Also, it is more dense, less airy than the original, and the original's verbena is not as overwhelmed by the herbs as it is in the HC. I've worn the original for about thirty years now, and think it is a moden classic.
