Ormonde Woman for the second time this week.
A La Nuit...I smell like a warm summer night.
Everything passes. Everything changes. Just do what you think you should do.
Smelling serious and a tad masculine today in PG
I'll stop wearing black when they make something darker
Work Christmas do tonight - in Musc Ravageur.
Iris noir from Yves Rocher.....not so good as the rose and the amber from their prestige line, it has an alcalic smell to it. Almost like lye...well I bought it unsniffed so can't really complain.
I have to work a late shift today, but tomorrow evening I can finally say it's weekend My scent for this rather miserable, rainy and extremely slippery day is Egoiste edt.Hope you all have a nice friday!
I am catching a cold, so I will probably go for a cheerful and rubbery tuberose to cut through the gloom.
Maybe Miller Harris Noix de Tuberéuse.
First time I tried my decant I thought it smelled like popcorn butter, but today that's just what I'm craving.
Oh Lievje, I hope it all goes well. I will keep him in my thoughts.

Continuing story of youngest son (who is 11, by the way): the second antibiotics don't help him enough and he has to stop now, because he's allergic to them. The fever is still sky-high and this aftenoon, they'll make an x-ray and take blood for further investigation.
I'm in Heure Exquise.

I pray they will find out why the high fevers for your son, and hope it is very soon!
In from shoveling snow. Haven't picked scent yet - but think it will be Je Reviens.
The fragrance of flowers spreads only in the direction of the wind. But the goodness of a person spreads in all directions.
Lievje,my heart goes out to you and your son ...there is nothing more terrifying than when your child is sick. I hope they will figure out what is causing his illness soon.
I am wearing Cuir Mauresque today to finish up my Christmas shopping.
Ah, Lievje. Your poor son. An allergy for what was supposed to cure him on top of all of his misery. You must all be exhausted by now.
Wishes of strength and a prayer to you.
Testing Guerlain's Quand vient la Pluie.
Notes (from OzMoz)

You're in my prayers and thoughts.
You smell glorious, however.
I was buried in the storm at work yesterday, in AL Angel Face- almondy musk.
Exhausted and migraineuse, this am.
Probably wearing Fifi edp today...
Snow day in Boston.
More storms this weekend, and I'm working 24 hours.
Love to all !
Prayers to Lievje and your son.

"Like a lobster with a pearl in its claw, the beet held the jasmine firmly without crushing or obscuring it. Beet lifted jasmine, the way a bullnecked partner lifts a ballerina, and the pair came on stage on citron's fluty cue. As if jasmine were a collection of beautiful paintings, beet hung it in the galleries of the nose, insured it against fire or theft, threw a party to celebrate it. Citron mailed the invitations." You guys hang on there, both lievje and Erm. What has it been, second week? They GOTTA do something about it, they just have to!
Some of you may know I got transferred to another store within the same company and I feel rather good about my decision, at least it is not a late shift every night, some weekends off and a different boss!
Flower by Kenzo (thanks to a nice BNer) is my SotD today.
Parfum d'Empire Fougere Bengale
Lievje, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your son. May he get well and be playing soon.
I'll be wearing JoJo by Liz Zorn today. An interesting "stinky" floral. Just enough stink to make it unique!
parfume extraitJOJO the perfume pays homage to silver screen sirens and the unapologetic nature of a shameless turn of the century floral. Classic in design with a bold citrus opening that folds into a soft earthy floral heart, enhanced by the addition of a roasted coffee note set to a dry, yet woody chypre base.Notes: Bergamot, Key Lime, blood Orange, Boronia, Neroli, Ylang Extra, Cassie, jasmine Absolute, Pimento Berry, Rose Absolute, Linden Flower, Mimosa Absolute, Rosewood, Atlas Cedar, labdanum, Oakmoss, Sandalwood, Cabreuva
Another belief of mine; that everyone else my age is an adult, whereas I am merely in disguise.
Made a mistake today... I bought a miniature of Tommy Girl a few days ago, wore it cold today, and it's making my eyes water. unfortunately I put it EVERYWHERE! LOL Luckily, my friend at work likes it, so instant regift!

Lievje: I have hope that your son is in good care and will recover as quickly as possible. Even my father, at age 65, recovered from pneumonia. His spinal tap turned out negative--his pneumonia was viral; therefore the antibiotics did not help him anyway. May God have mercy and heal your boy soon.
Today I wear Montale Blue Amber. Very, very, nice skin scent. The luscious vanillic base has lasted all through the night. The bergamot topnotes were teriffic, causing a soft, powdery feeling, and there were some notes in the middle that reminded me of the best part of Chanel No. 5, the drydown.
I was wearing L'Artisan Parfumeur Voleur de Roses in the morning, got one compliment from our reception. After lunch, I put on Drole de Rose... I think I prefer VdR... maybe it is the name.
Will pray for you son Lievje... take care.
Sorry to hear your little guy is still sick LIEVJE. Sending healing thoughts out to you both!
Wow, Friday again already? Wearing DZING today. Guess I'm having another spice week.

And dear Lievje, I wish both you and your son
only the best; my positive thoughts are with you both.
