    Angry Hypnose.... AHHHHH!!!!

I just got home and a package was waiting for me from Fragrancenet.com, inside contained Code and Hypnose. Code was a safe buy as I was used to it and my girlfriend just loves it on me, Hypnose I bought for me because I smelled it last time I was at the mall and thought it was nice.

I have had Hypnose on my wrist now for 30 minutes and I am woefully disappointed. The best way I can describe it is Live Jazz light, not quite as pungent as LV as it lacks the grapefruit note.... God I loathe Live Jazz.

Just goes to show when you sniff a lot of colognes at the counter you can pick up things that you think are there that truly are not. Blah!

Sorry you didn't enjoy it as much as you did at the mall, but don't give up on it so soon! I wasn't too impressed with Hypnose on first sniff, but after a while it grew on me and now it's one of my favorites.

Hypnose is totally different from Live Jazz...to this nose.

    Love Hypnose, BTW.

Yeah I don't see the Live Jazzin Hypnose at all. Maybe the lavender part.

I only smelled Hypnose once, but it had a certain similarity to Fahrenheit to me.

I just got back from trying Hypose homme again. I also sprayed the womans version on my other arm. The woman's is definitely lighter, but shares the same prominent note (lavender) as the mens although is much more airy and without the ambery base. It also has a bit fruitier of a character.

I'm beginning to think it could be worn by a man - it almost seems like a "Hypnose fraicheur" to me.

I smell the similarity as well...a softer, smoother Fahrenheit.

I cannot get the connection to Fahrenheit. I owned and loved Fahrenheit for years and I've smelled Hpynose atleast 3 times from testers at department stores (on my skin) and do NOT smell the similarity.

I think Hypnose is a fairly decent department store scent - the fruitiness of it is distinctive and reminds me of what stewed lychee fruit would smell like, if there was such a thing.
