I like Black XS for fruitiness. Quite blackcurranty and not at all citrus based. However, it might be a bit mainstream for what you're after.
Do you know of any fresh fruity fragrances out there which is not citrus based? Anything with pear, apple, cherry? I would prefer if it was something a little more exclusive and not cheap synthetic smelling.

You should be looking at
Lancetti via Condotti pour homme
It has loads of peach in it and easily has 12 hours + longevity with SUPER sillage.
DKNY Red Delicious Men smells like apples.
Hell, the bottle is in the shape of an apple.
BUT, longevity and sillage are low.

Certainly not fresh, but meets your other requirements:
Pomegranate Noir by Jo Malone.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both and be one traveler, long I stood and looked down one as far as I could to where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, ...... I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -- I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. - Robert Frost
Creed Silver Mountain Water is full of blackcurrant, and certainly does not smell "cheap." Consider also:
Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir (fruit with incense, leather, and wood)
Bond No. 9 Riverside Drive (pineapple/aquatic)
L'Artisan Parfumeur Ananas Fizz (also pineapple)
L'Artisan Parfumeur Mure et Musc (blackberry)
DelRae Bois de Paradis (blackberry with a lot of woods)
Fresh Sugar Lychee (lychee)
Frederic Malle Outrageous! (apple pie)
Serge Lutens Daim Blond (apricot with light leather)
Santa Maria Novella Melograno (pomegranate and ALDEHYDES)

Affordable: Carlos Santana for Men
Expensive: Mure Et Musc by L'Artisan Parfumeur

Beyond Paradise for men aka fruit-basket.
Joop! Nightflight has a fair bit of pineapple goin on.
And Joop! Jump smells fruity to me, alot of coconut too.
Black XS smells very, very sweet and fruity too![]()
Anthony, Nightflight is very citrus-based
Try Outrageous, by Frederic Malles, if sky = limit
I'm going to second Pomegranate Noir; the raspberry/plum + cedar drydown is sublime. It projects like no other; longevity and sillage are through the roof.
Paradise for Men, by Alfred Sung, has a very nice papaya/light grapefruit note to it. It doesn't feel citrusy at all, but I've heard the longevity is terrible.
Gathering Apples, by CB I hate Perfumes; it's water-based, though, so the longevity might be a little bad if your skin doesn't hold water/oils very well.
I'd have to say Michael Storer- Kadota from my limited collection.
I really like ck be. It isn't exclusive, but it's a really nice peach and musk frag.
the new Diesel smells just like fruit stripe gum to me ... that's pretty fruity

And how about Givenchy Xerius Rouge?
I totally agree with CK be. Lots of peach & juniper & musk. I also suggest Clean Men, it has an awesome raspberry note.
"Wait...is David Bowie really God?" - Penelope Garcia
I find ESCADA SENTIMENT has luscious juicy berry accords. Mixed with the gin juniper note, you've got food and drinks for everyone!
All that Vibert and MikePerez have mentioned, plus Silver Mountain Water by Creed -- that one's all about blackcurrants. Btw, I have to second one that MikePerez mentioned: Carlos Santana. Imagine spicy apples mixed with musk -- YUM!
Peggy: "Right now, we have to get to the mental institution. Something terrible has happened."
Latrelle: "What?"
Peggy: "Brother Boy has tried to kill himself. He jumped out of his bedroom window."
Latrelle: "Isn't he only on the second floor?"
Peggy: "Yes, but he hit his head on a lawn gnome."
