    Smile New to basenotes

I am a new member of the Basenotes Community. This is a great site, and I have learned so much already just by reading members contributions. I have always loved fine fragrances, and I wear perfume all the time. I have difficulty wearing most florals, as they tend to smell soapy on me. I do well with floral orientals, orientals, and chypres. Mitsuoko, Quadrille, and Bandit are three of my favorites. I just received a decant of Tabac Blond perfume from The Perfumed Court, and I love it on my skin. In the past, I purchased some wonderful perfumes from The Perfumerie in the Nordstroms at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California, and was so disappointed to learn recently that The Perfumerie has been removed from that store. Thankfully, I have found other sources of niche perfumes from Basenotes, and other sites. I look forward to a long relationship with the Basenotes Community.
