Question Creed's Private Collection: For whom were they made?

Of the various Creed Private Collection scents, does anyone know for whom they were made? The Creed UK site doesn't list anyone, it just says the five "fragrances were created in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s for Hollywood legends of the time."

Sélection Verte: A really really nice frag.
I tried it this past weekend. Got a few samples that i put in a spray atomizer.
P.S. I ended up buying Baie de Genievre. They gave me 5 YES 5 samples of A.A.
That too ended up in an atomizer.

Wow! I'm lucky to get two samples of something, and thats if I ask...I mostly buy frags in Niemans though...maybe they are trained to be stingy with their samples...

    Hmm..a thought.

Would you suspect a few such sample-stingy SAs of giving the lion's share of available samples to 'fume wearing close friends who 'happen' to drop in to the store, and/or of selling samples on eBay etc themselves? That does establish motive..

I would seriously doubt they are reguired to log and therefore justify sample giveaways for the store that employs them.

Funny, people hate Sean John because he made Unforgivable and copied MI. Well, I'm pissed Creed copied XS and no one bashes Creed! Ahh the blasphemy.
