    Default Your Favorite Creed Drydown

I really do like most (if not all) of them, but my favorite would definately be between Millesime Imperial and Silver Mountain Water.

The ones heavy with ambergris have me constantly smelling myself:

    Acier Aluminium
    Ambre Canelle
    Bois de Santal
    Santal Imperial
    Vintage Tabarome

I find all the Millesimes' drydown to a similar feel, but for the subtle variances, I most prefer Tabarome(new).

I love Silver Mountain Water's drydown, it's delicious!

People seem to love Himalaya thought, a good 10 hours after I sprayed it on when I hug people they go crazy.

I find that the drydowns of Bois du Portugal and Royal English Leather are exquisite. I adore both fragrances but find that they land a little strong after initial spritzing. over time, they both mellow but don't lose any of their potency... BDP loses some of that sharpness..and REL's caramel sweetness shrinks...

On the other hand.. Baie de Genievre's drydown on me is sheer plastic disappointment. It's a shame really, since I love the fragrance but can't stand the sour final stages on my skin.

Couldnt agree with you more with regards to BdG drydown near fantasy. The initial blast of cinammon and juniper berries is probably favourite creed topnote but the drydown Is so disappointing.

That's the vetiver coming out in the final stages giving it the "earthy" quality I love.

I typically love vetiver in fragrances.. especially in drydown stages... but the BDG doesn't go earthly on me.. it smells like the inside of a plastic container.. obviously skin chemistry.

Anyway.. this thread was about favorite Creed drydowns.. sorry to distract with my BDG rant!

My favourite creed millesime drydowns are imperial and erolfa. Theyre both very similar, some say too similar, but way more effective than GIT. Ive just promoted erolfa to an evening scent.

BdP got so many changes in the drydown...its really amazing. One of the best drydowns from Creed.
Also GIT is fantastic in the drydown...SMW and M.I.
Virgin Island Water got also a nice drydown. I can smell this on my girlfriend everytime :-)

    Virgin Island Water.

It smells like lime juice has dried all over your body, mixed with salt water. Sharp, tart and very sexy.
