    Glad to see it back!

One thing that needs fixing is the review counts. The number of reviews listed for your top reviewers does not match the number at the top of the page when their name is selected. My belief is the counts are wrong for persons that have added reviews since the site went down. My conjecture is that the counts for new reviews is doubled. (I too seem to be getting 'double credit' for reviews added since the emergence of the new site).

Also when one selects a reviewer to see all their reviews, the font becomes progressively smaller. Really only the top two are readable and the only one that is properly sized is the first one on the list.

And if one selects our most prolific reviewer, it seems like a stress test on the system. It has trouble handling it. Perhaps the use of page breaks would be helpful.

There are a few things that are contributing to the wrong review counts, hopefully should be easy to fix

Re. font size. Is the problem particular to the users individual pages? Do you see the same thing here:

    Grant:

If you haven't received an answer to your question yet, those two sites load quickly and fully and the font size is consistant and fully readable, unlike the original site in question

It is just the individual user pages that display wrong font sizes.

Looks good on my WinXP running IE6 machine at work!

Guess this means I can start posting my all-positive, completely unbiased reviews!

I wanted to take a look at Foetidus's Reviews. After clicking them on I noted about 1 in 20 had some truncated text at the last paragraph, sometimes the text was partially visible, perhaps just the very top of the text letters of the last line. Sometimes the last line(s) was totally missing. I was wondering if that is a problem you had noted Grant.

Thanks - I'll look into it. Could you give me an example of some of the reviews that are doing it

(reason I ask is that it looks ok on all my machines)

    Problem solved...sort of.

I accidently discovered that as soon as I roll my pointer onto the Fragrance Name at the top of each review the missing line of text magically appears in full! Maybe my smaller (17" diagonal) monitor screen is somehow compressing the text? Anyway, no problem now that I know how to access. Probably idiosyncratic to smaller screens is my bet.

    Thanks Grant

I have taken some time and thought about what I like and dislike about the Fragrance Review Center, compared to how it used to be.

What I like better: the reviews are updated daily and there are a lot more in the queue (over 40), compared to 6 or so before. That gives opportunity to see the newer ones over a several day period.

What is missing: counts of total fragrances, total reviews in each each category (positive, negative, neutral). I liked that feature a lot.

What was better: I liked it a better when we had the top 100 most reviewed fragrances and the top 100 reviewers. Now it is top 50 (I think) of each. Just my own preference to have greater visibility.

    Hello

These are quite easy things to add, so once I get the wardrobes done, I'll do this.

    Thanks for the feedback

Cool Re: Fragrance Review Centre re-opened

You might have heard this before, if so my apologies.

While it appears all the reviews in my name are there; when I go to a particular frag, I'm often prompted to " add my review" (?) Vintage Tabarome, for instance.

    Thanks, Grant.
