A shocking thing to make during the Nazi occupation of Paris, it was a daring gesture and an instant hit. Later,
it aroused some interest in the male audience; and so, by a long and tortuous path, here we are with Vivek's suggestion for Saturday, April 12!

I changed for Bandit EdT before a shopping tour at the local supermarkets. I can't remember a full wearing of this, although I have a completely full 100ml bottle of this, so I guess it has to be the first time full wearing. No, it's not shy, especially not after four sprays on the neck.

Cannot join the "BANDit wagon" (ouch) today because sadly, Bandit does not sit well on me... Dear daughter describes it as "that perfume that smells like wine on you." Ah well.

For me instead today it's Guerlain Parure. (Scent twins entirely by chance with Mr. Guerlain! :wave One of the few fruit-forward scents I truly adore, Parure is my "spring in a bottle." I actually think this could work beautifully on a man, too. Any of the guys who've tried this and/or have it in their rotation care to comment? Inquiring minds want to know!

    Top Notes: Hesperidic notes, Plum.
    Middle Notes: Rose, Jasmine, Lilac.
    Base Notes: Oakmoss, Spices, Wood.
It’s thought that people who hope too much will just waste their life away and never get down to doing any real work. They’re confusing Hope with Wish, its lazy cousin... When Wish whispers, “Something is just around the corner,” what comes or not is never what was wished for. When Hope whispers “Something is just around the corner,” something always is. -- Charlie Elberson
