Beet lifted jasmine, the way a bullnecked partner lifts a ballerina, and the pair came on stage on citron's fluty cue. Inspired by Taolady who wore her last week, I am in Patou's

    Sira des Indes

from my very neglected bottle. Ehm, she doesn't agree with the rainy weather we have..she does need sunshine.

Henri Berdoues parfums Violettes de Toulouse EdP. To all who got the same bottle as I do: please do not repeat my mistake, take off the bulb atomizer and use the regular cap for storing. The lavender colored bulb is fun to display and use, but it does about the same to preserving the scent as keeping it without a lid.

    Have a good week, everyone!

Oh happy day! I wish everybody printemps too! (Just let your SOs see this and they would not know what to think about this, I betcha.)

To celebrate, I am wearing musse's KL Karl Lagerfeld, it is an EdP but I have been having it for so long that it might have accidentally turned into extrait. Would anyone care for a sniff?

Miss Z., I have a perfect solution for your carpet puzzle -- big, new Marshall's store! Leave your DH (not so dear in this case, er, or maybe not?) make his choice in the Household Department, and while he is at it -- you know what to do! -- run to the other side of the store where they have "Stuff".

Carpet problem solved. DH liked a quite odd color in the store but when we brought the samples home he agreed with my choice. It's OVER and that is the important part (except for the installation, but that will be done when he is at work)

So to celebrate I am wearing Zibeline for my SoTE.

And my Peacock arrived today! I don't have a free space to test it, but from the bottle it is a summery peach scent with bergamot and citrus. There is some sort of floral, maybe a little rose and a hint of neroli, but this is quite peachy.
