Default Mogra (a variety of jasmine) - Anyone?

Mogra amplified! i never "ever" thought the smell of the living Mogra flower would be ever captured in Such a masculine way in a mens perfume, Splendid! i was even more suprised to see this primary note was missed in the reviews section here in BN as well.

IMHO - this a tribute to a wonderful flower called mogra (its called so in india and is a favorite with every temple goer). i read this smells synthetic and all that, crap, its so true to the smell, couldnt be better, this is how the flower smells, period. by mid notes the neroli shares the space ands adds the bitterness along with vanilla/sandalwood done in a very "kouros" way. maybe its the musk too..cant really identify the basenotes all that well....

can you guys guess which one i'm talkin about here? i knw, its a easy one...

I can't, but I can assure you, all the floral decorations and haars that are made out of those flowers are far from olfactorically pleasing. I do quite like how they look though

I don't know which one you're talking about, but if it smells like jasmine, I'll pass.

I like the smell of jasmine - on a woman.

I have no idea what fragrance you're talking about...but I'd love to know! My friend's mother brought me back a bottle of Mogra oil from India and I absolutely love the smell. Very much like jasmin, but different. Sort of like orange blossom vs. neroli.

well, thats the beauty of this one. i never ever thought they'd use Mogra so explicitly in a mens perfume. and boy, they have done it so well - i'm actually longing for it.

well a clue...i saw some reviews mentioning this as the smell of Vomit (well they referred to Kouros to a urinal as well, so its ok)...

It must be "Full Jasmin" by Montale.

Maybe it's A La Nuit, but that one is a bit skankier.
