    Default Summer Scent/casual work scent?

    Hey all.

I am a young professional (see my other post in male scents about professor scents) and have recently gotten into the world of scents. I really like my Terre D'Hermes and Burberry London. I also own Polo Blue and Guerlain's vetiver. I am looking for something to be a decent summer scent.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking Creed Silver Mountain Water, or Burberry Weekend. Perhaps Gendarme 20?

I haven't tried any of those scents, except Terre d'Hermes. I was debating over it for a while but eventually decided against it.

I work in a law office, and after spending a long time trying to find a work-appropriate summer scent, I finally settled on Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche. I was surprised how well it worked in the heat, and it doesn't vanish in an air-conditioned office either.

I second Allure Homme Edition Blanche and would also recommend L'Eau par Kenzo pour Homme. Creed Silver Mountain Water is very nice too.
    I love cologne.

You would suggest looking into some of the following:

Acqua di Parma Colonia or Colonia Assoluta or Colonia Intensa
    Eau de Cartier Concentrée
    Eau de Rochas Homme
    Commes des Garcons Vettiveru
    MPG Fraîche Badiane
    MPG Grain de Plaisir
    Creed Green Irish Tweed
    Guerlain Habit Rouge
    YSL Live Jazz
    Creed Original Vetiver
    Mugler Cologne
    Ricci Club
    YSL Pour Homme
    Chanel Pour Monsieur
    Creed Milliseme Imperial

I've just got Floris JP for work during the summer and am loving it.
Also Green, Green... by Miller et Bertaux (or Jardin de Mediteranee if you can't find it) are very nice fresh green scents for the office.

I add Iceberg Twice (fresh oriental) & Cartier Declaration (similar to terre but lighter and fresher).

Bvlgari Extreme pour homme and L'Eau D'Issey pour Homme remain my most used daily frags. Oh dont forget that there is the all reliable CK One, though many may be baised against it, but it will defitnitely make u smell clean and fresh.

Well, I have tried a whole bunch. In fact, I tried a dabbing of Miller Harris Tangerine Verte and it smelled good - better than Calypso Tangerine HOmme, but that is so subjective. THe Calypso was more tangerine, this is more green as they say. Very nice, I liked it better than either of the Hermes Eau De Orange Vertes as the Miller Harris is not as sharp. Alas, this one lasts less on me than the Acqua di Parma Colonia.

So, I am going to try Juicy Couture's Dirty English. Wife and daughter liked that, and so, casual it is.

For work this summer I've been rotating:

    Versace Baby Blue Jeans
    Hermes Eau d'Orange Verte concentre
Moustache (by Rochas - lime and 'rare fruit' accord)
Chanel Platinum Egoiste or Allure Homme Sport (Allure or Blanche would work as well)
Imperiale by Guerlain (very fresh, doesn't last long tho)
Bvlgari PH Soir (Soir is only a name)
Bond No 9 Wall Street or Little Italy
Zizanie d'Fragonard (oldie but goodie - citrus, sandalwood)
