For me "owned" means what freddericktoo replied with, but it can also mean that someone gave you this product as a gift and you got rid of it because it's not your liking. (I get those.... People know I like fragrances and then instead of asking, just buy me stuff. )

BTW.... LOVE the wardrobe. Finally a place were I can list all my scents and organize them (like "to test, " "tried" and "wishlist.)

How come some of the fragrances do not have an image showing the bottle? Would be nice if all or at least most of the popular ones did.....

    that's a very nice idea!

would be even better to have simple buttons to press on any fragrance page, instead to go through the edit... would be faster

but maybe is just me having a lot of perfume tried on

Use the wardrobe editing functions on the fragrance's page in the directory. Note: all items in your "owned" list will be duplicated on your "tried" list.

How do you rate longevity for fragrances in your wardrobe. I've been going crazy trying to find how to do it?

I believe that's temporarily disabled while other issues are worked on. I haven't been able to update that in probably a year-ish.

I don't think you can delete it. Once something is in your wardrobe it can't be removed. You can change the status to "used to own", which would mean that you used it up or sold it, but you can't remove it entirely...

If you go to a review of a fragrance already in your wardrobe, you will see a red circle (with a -ve sign inside) next to the current status of the frag (Own, Used to own, etc) Pressing the button deletes the option.

Go to the review page of the particular fragrance you want to "wardrobe".

Under the image of the frag (top left of page) there is a pinkish bar.

2 lines under the bar is the Wardrobe feature.

Click on edit (in blue) - this opens the various options.
(You own this, Used to own, Tried this, Test List, Wish list)

Click on the option u want.
(Clicking the option automatically updates your wardrobe)

On top of the Wardrobe line is the Rating feature with 5 blank stars. Clicking your rating (you number of stars out of 5) attaches the rating to the frag in your wardrobe.

I hope i have made any sense. All the Best.

No, this does not work. I have several on my Tried list that I want to remove because they were mistakenly added. Clicking the red circle with the bar does not remove it.

I can, however, remove it from the Wishlist, Owned, or Used to Owned lists.

Everything that I pick for the "owned" catergory only goes on to my tried list, none of them go on to the owned list...Wonder if I am doing something wrong?

Same here. I got 100 as tried and 9 as owned. It should be the other way round. How to go about changing this without much fuss?

I feel like a moron...can anybody tell me how to set up my wardrobe in the first place? Sigh...hey, whaddya want, I gotta use the computer at the library...it's a bitch, but I've gotta afford perfume somehow! A PM will suffice, just want my posts to look snazzy.

Is there a way for me to list which samples I currently possess? It might prove useful in case anyone should want to swap samples with me.

Also, after reading some of the replies in this thread, I'd like to make a suggestion to make the wardrobe easier to understand: maybe replacing "Owned" with "Used to Own," and "Test List" with "Wish to Test" (assuming these distinctions are correct). Also, if the point of the "Test List" is that you want to try the fragrances on it, then maybe it would be a good idea to disable the star ratings for that portion (or at least, I hope people aren't rating fragrances they haven't tested). These are just a few small ideas I had to make it more functional -- use or ignore as necessary.
