Chanel Allure Sport Cologne Sport
I would like to get everyone's idea for the best, fresh, clean, just out of the shower fragrances.
I suppose I would also include "barbershop" types of scents.
I would start out with:
Creed Original Vetiver
Please add to my list if you would be so kind.

I feel very fresh and pristine when I wear the traditional cologne by Roger & Gallet: Extra Vieille Jean Marie Farina (the red box). It is delicious, and I bought the biggest bottle, 33oz or 1 liter. I literally bathe in it.
I'll third Gendarme and second Mugler Cologne!!
Clean Men is pretty nice. There is a scent my brother and his wife love called Pure Grace.....see it advertised on HSC and such. Pretty nice.....IMHO, it gives Gendarme a run for the money!

Worth PH is very nice too!
(BTW: there is another recent thread on this topic)

"Faites des bêtises, mais faites les avec enthousiasme !" Colette
roger and Gallet OPEN
Gai mattiolo uomo
My two favourites in this genre(s) are YSL Rive Gauche and AdP Colonia.
Infusion d'Homme by Prada
Chemistry by Clinique
Baie de Genievre by Creed
To name a few...
Some interesting recommendations.
Guerlain Vetiver I wouldn't put in the "clean out of the shower" category. How can it be with so much tobacco and spices? Sorry, I just don't get it.
I've seen Rive Gauche mentioned before when this topic has come up. I don't get this one as "clean out of the shower" either. Too complex and spicy.
Are the ones that fit the bill in my opinion.
Other than those already mentioned in this thread, Alyssa Ashley Musk for men is one that I think fits this category well.
Ditto on above plus:
Antonio Puig Sybaris
Viktor & Rolf Antidote
Laura Biagiotti Roma Uomo

Everyone is entitled to his own opinions, but not his own facts. Daniel Moynihan
Ditto on Mugler Cologne, Gendarme, Original Vetiver, & Clean Men...& I'll throw in CK be. For some reason it's always reminded me of clean sweat.

Definately Mugler Cologne, this is right on point. Additionally, Hugo by Hugo Boss is very fresh and soapy and it literally smells like you just got out of the shower. I was given H as a gift and I did not love it immediately, however I have, by far, gotten the most compliments ever with this stuff. Literally, almost every other time I wear it I get a compliment, i.e., got a compliment in the elevator of my office building last time I wore it, this pretty woman looked in my eyes and told me I smelled really good.
I'll second Sir Slarty - Mugler Cologne for me as well.
This one isn't out yet, but may be exactly what you're looking for.
Here is another one: Lanvin L'Homme
"Blue bottle, Funky Lid, Underrated. Go out and try it. Fresh, cool and different.
Its creator, Alberto Morillas compares the scent to an elegant white shirt: "Fresh and clean when you put it on in the morning, comfortable all day, masculine""
"Wow, I've never smelled anything like that before."
Wall Street and Hamptons by Bond No. 9
As far as the question....Cool Water and MI (from what I sampled)
Edit: Sorry about the Mugler rant but if a person wants to buy, I just wanted to suggest they try...plus I had to get it off my chest. Sorry.

"As you walk down the fairway of life you must smell the roses, for you only get to play one round."
Biotherm Homme Aqua Fitness is still my favourite just out of the shower type fragrance.
I agree with many of the previous ones, but I'd also recommend Lime Basil Mandarin by Jo Malone.
I'm a colognosaurus. Rawr!
