    Default Strong Masculine Scent

I'm looking for a relatively powerful masculine scent (love all Aramis scents but would like to diversify) and have read lots of threads about different fragrances that might suit the bill. In general, older frags from 70s and 80s seem to be most relevant, and, in particular, the two I'm most taken with are Trussardi and Yatagan. These choices are solely based on the views and opinions I've seen expressed on this website and I'm hoping can give feedback as to their suitability and/or offer any alternate suggestions.

Instead, here are the best 3.
    Antaeus.
    Kouros.
    Heritage.

I have to agree with KMF on Montana Parfum d'Homme. Amazing.

Also Azzaro pour Homme, Paco Rabanne pour Homme

Looking for muscle? Irish and petruccijc are right on with Kouros and Mazzolari Lui. I'd add Parfum d'Habit, Lauder for Men, and Knize Ten.

All quite strong and definately not feminine.

For a really good cheapo, try Lomani. And Mustang by Dorall is a great Polo-like frag that's also super cheap.

Tommy Bahama is terrific and inexpensive. You should sample it locally.

Antaeus is sex in a bottle.

Yatagan is great. I'd also suggest L'Anarchiste by Caron as well.

Another ultra-masculine frag is Salvador Dali PH. It has garnered random compliments for me - even from other men. Polo Green is another classic masculine frag. Red Vetyver by Montale too - a more vetiver heavy and spicier take on Terre d'Hermes.

my votes for those too. really nice, esp dior. i also think Eau Sauvage is the "manliest" fresh scent there is out there. otherwise, paco rabanne Ph and aramis tuscany make good cosmopolitan-esque classic man-scents

Some great suggestions here. In addition, I would add Oscar de la Renta Pour Lui to the list...another great powerhouse. I also really love the original Perry Ellis. It's discontinued but can be had online for very cheap.
