My new obsession - sample purchasing

I think if your samples are stored upright you are probably smelling some residue from previous openings. These things are not air-tight, however. I don't have too much leakage but I do lose a vial once in a while. It's just the nature of these little cheap caps. I have some really nice screw-tops I use sometimes for my own decants.

Thanks! I noticed that once I acquired a few oil-based scents (black phoenix alchemy lab & smell bent) that the smells started to get stronger.

Except for a single incident where I lost half of a retail sample vial of bvlgari blv in about 2 days after the top got loose. Oops.

Geez...I'm sure bracing myself for my Sampling days! I found a neato' spot in Melbourne's City to which are sending me *Free* samples of perfumes from my choice! I ordered 4 L'artisan and 1 Diptyque.

They were:

Dzing!
Merchant Loup
Absinthe
Passage D'enter
And Diptyque Eau Lente

They are giving me 5ml vials as I can tell!
