Tricky for me. There are some niche lines where I only love one fragrance from the line, but that fragrance may rank above some other niche houses I list here ( Winter Star and Kolnisch Juchten come to mind ). That being said, in no particular order...

Parfumerie Generale - Bois Blond, Cedre Sandaraque, Iris Taizo

Frederic Malle - En Passant, Carnal Flower, Citrus Bigarrade

Ava Luxe - Midnight Violet, Rasa, Kretek ( disclaimer - I like them all, but those are the only ones I've tried! )

Ayala Moriel - Razala, InCarnation, Guacho ( I love the first two - the latter gets a mention for being just so dumbfoundingly weird it grabs my attention, so it's perfect for a niche list. )

And I want to say Eau d'Italie, but I've only tried two of their fragrances so...

Comme Des Garcons - Anbar, Avignon, Rose

nice to see all these Parfumerie Generale votes.... the interest is spread across so many different fragrances. They don't seem to have one 'big' popular fragrance the way other houses do (like Malle with VE or Tauer's L'Air Moroccan).

Profumum: Acqua e Zucchero, Acqua di Sale, open spot (I haven't tried them all)
Satellite: Ipanema and A La Figue - this line has blown me away
Bruno Acampora: Blu, Iranzol, Jasmin - Blu is tied with Carnal Flower as the best, clearest tuberose ever, to my snout
Malle: Carnal Flower, L'Eau d'Hiver, open spot
Mazzolari: I haven't tried even half of this line but of the ones I have, each one has been special and beautiful, and Alessandro went straight to the very tip top of my all-time-favourites list
"It's now very common to hear people say "I'm rather offended by that." As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more than a whine. 'I find that offensive.' L'Artisan Jour de Fête, CdG Ouarzazate and Olivier Durbano Tourmalin Noir get honourable mention. Oh, and Jasmin et Cigarette.
    Fun exercise.
It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely products of a deranged imagination.

But once you get locked into a serious perfume collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.
