Default A Travers Champs by Guerlain

Released around 1924. Black bottle similar to the "coffin" of Vol de Nuit but upside down.

I just purchased an original bottle of A Travers Champs. "Guerlain" and the Baccarat symbol are etched in the bottom, and the labels are still on the front and the bottom of the bottle. There is no box. The cord has been broken, but the bottle remains just over half full. So, a question for all you Guerlainiacs out there. Should I open her up and smell what may be amazing or leave her (relatively) intact?

It's added to the directory, waiting for approval.
