Here's a new one that looks promising.
The notes do make it sound interesting, and I like that it lists both fig leaves and fig, but what's up with The Scoop?? "Collusion with the buffalo..." "Animated conversations and perpetual motions..." "This determination is loud..." "Alibis will be needed for silence and rest backstage..." and "vibrant flames guarantee ample thoughts"....

"Green and fiery explosion" says something, I suppose....but does it smell figgy?

If they say "green" it might not be "figgy" enough for us...

I think you're right. I love green, but when it comes to fig I really want something described as ripe and dusky purple.

    Succulent!

Really like it, very woody. Where did you find it? I would love to find a bottle of this!

I also love Premier Figuier, but have to admit I can't STAND Philosykos! It turned completely sour on me, but that might just be my personal chemistry.

However, CB I hate perfume's Revelation is absolute fig perfection! Overall it's much less sweet and a lot dirtier and sexier than PF, which to me makes it more interesting as well.

I think nobody's mentioned "Pulp" from Byredo..it has looots of fig..but,beware, it's a fruit-bomb!! Tremendous lasting power! I love it only some days..but it's so very unusual I just had to buy it! Fig,cedar,peach,cardamom...
Also..there's a "Feige und Vetiver" from a german guy called Erik....recommended by some blogs, including Andy Tauer himself..(never smelled it!)
And last but not least, "eau de Figuier"by Molinard...a very light, happy fig scent.

Bumping this post because I'm so excited by it. One to add to the fig list is Womanity by Mugler. It's not a favourite, (a bit to thick and monolithicly milky for me) but I thank it for reminding me I like fig! Spent this morning with Jardin de Kerylos. Lovely ... If only it lasted just a little longer. I love it's green fig and fresh woodshavings start. Great thread!

Wow, thanks for having done this, 30R. Nice to have them all on one page -- and a lot more than the search notes on F-site would reveal. Honestly, I had no idea fig scents were so numerous.
