    Default Tackiest bottle/packaging?

I think Paco Rabanne's new 1 Million 'bottle' is truly awful - looks like the cheapest of drugstore tackiness. Just after winning an award for the Ultraviolet bottle design too...what were they thinking of...?

The smell is pretty nice, but the packaging looks like a free gift from CandyLand Board game upon purchasing, Lolita Lempicka:

Paradoxically I like the packaging because it DOES SMELL like yummy candy, and so this is an ironic, yet interesting fragrance/bottle.

It's probably just me but I think damn near anything ever released by Bond after they started doing that goofy star shaped bottle. Or were they always shaped like something an infant would reach for when it was time to chew on something?

yes, i mean i know it fits with the concept/naming of the fragrance, but the mask a bit much - 'indiana jones and the lost leather bar'. oddly enough, i loved it the textured glass the first time i saw it, but the kitschy mask just ruins it.

but my vote for tackiest bottle would have to go either to emporio armani remix - it's as cheesy as lagerfeld photo, but without the excuse of being launched several decades ago - or one of those awful Joop summer editions with the 'lipstick kiss' on the bottle.

Or Tommy Hilfiger 'T for him'. Or Versace Man. Or something by Miss Sixty, 'Stained Groupie' or whatever it's called. God there's so many....

I think the 'Pussy Deluxe' line from Maurer and Wirtz has some of the tackiest, yet compelling packaging ever.

Here's a url for Velvet Kitten

What about that gay-marketed fragrance we had a thread about earlier on? I think that blasts all of these out of the water.

ha, Army Red! i started the thread, how did i forget about that particular monstrosity?! i suppose it's not really a mainstream or niche frag, so it doesnt immediately spring to mind. or maybe i'm just supressing the memory of it.... *shudder*

Looking up Red Army (very tacky, with the little camouflage helmet and all) I found
"God Father-Italian Mafia" at this etailer called 'MAGUS' enterprises.

Here is the long link. Truly a horrendous bottle with the gun on top. I guess you shoot yourself with fragrance. Good grief!

Jeans Couture by Versace is extremely tacky for sure.
