Thread: SotD Thursday 18 December
Survived my yearly self-defense training with minimal pain! And found out one of my colleagues like perfume too! Double Yay!
Trying the new Marilyn Miglin scent Fo-Ti-Tieng, it relaxes into a pretty jasmine with an herbal flavor, quite nice but rather summery on this frigid day

SotE started with Chanel Bois des Isles parfum...
But then I got another of my TPC packages, so I had to try Jean Desprez Bal a Versailles parfum...
Then there was talk of Jicky on another thread, so I had to try Guerlain Jicky parfum...
I must say, the animalics in BaV totally eclipsed the Bd'I and Jicky. The lavender in the Jicky parfum is so lovely, though, and seems stronger than in the EDP. And of course, the Bd'I sandalwood drydown is so incredible. All three are gorgeous
Had fun at a holiday party and gift exchange tonight wearing Chergui, thanks again to ComDiva! Came home with the truffles and hot chocolate variety pack, which I had to steal for-- twice! But now they know: don't get between an oud girl and her chocolate!
Eddie: Sweetie, what are you drinking?
Patsy: Oh, this? Chanel No. 5.
