I want to make a shower gel that smells like my Prada Infusion d'Iris by mixing unscented shower gel with the perfume itself.

The perfume itself (EDP strength) contains 80% alcohol, and I don't want that alcohol in a shower gel when possible.

The planned dilution is (per 100 ml, by volume): 90 ml shower gel to 10 ml perfume. That means in that shower gel there will be 2% of perfume oil and 8% alcohol.

Ideally, I'd like to extract as much alcohol out of it as possible so that I can increase the strength of the perfume oil, and I know that I won't be able to take out everything. Still, any ideas on how to take out the alcohol? Are there any chemicals that bind with alcohol but not the perfume oils?
