Guerlains Mitsouko and Cologne du 68.
sorry to all if similiar thread like this already exists, if so , please point me to one....
What i wanted to ask you is what would be in your opinion/experience , scent/s that is/are what we could maybe
call head turner(?) , if u know what i mean...
The one/s that make you and others when you wear them to turn head around or take deeper breath when you are around them/pass them by....
Guerlains Mitsouko and Cologne du 68.
I checked those two now, here on basenotes, they appear to be femine scents...
any man scents to reccomend ?
something spicy-woody ?
L'Air du Desert Marocain has sort of a head-turning uniqueness to it. Smokey dry cedar and spices balanced by a not too sweet vanilla/amber. It hasn't turned any heads for me, but maybe for you.
Once Upon A Time In Nazi Occupied France...A Basterd's Work is Never Done ~ Inglourious Basterds
L'eu du Exorciste is guaranteed to turn some heads

One thing I've learned is that skin chemistry is very important. So, for one person a frag can be a "head turner" and the heads that are turning are thinking, "wow, that smells great," while on another person, those heads are thinking, "that guy smells like an overflowing septic tank." Be careful. Don't blind buy unless you've put a lot of research into it. Sample first if possible, especially if it's not super cheap.

With Gucci Envy, Ungaro III, Rive Gauche one could hardly go wrong
Gucci Envy is currently one of perfumes i use now and then, so i agree with you Ken,
very very noticable smell ..
Is there anything else similiar ? Not citrus based and light, but heavy, spicy that last long, and yet again fresh ?
I tested ferre's Lui for man few days ago, and i must say that i could easily buy that... I am just testing snifing around little more to see if i'll spot something better....
Can you recomend me something like that ?
Also, here where i live,Croatia, it's hard(impossible to be 100%correct) ti find somethig to sniff that is not versace, armani, gucci, ysl, several guerlains, and few others....
Nothing like creeds, tauers, burbery's,trusardi , yatagan, and so on and so on.... oh, third man also... ,so caron's stuff is not here also , when i ask for all of those and many many other perfumes that are here so much discused, girls at the shop just make question-like face and say hmmm... we don't have that....
Where can i try this stuff, anyone have some testing samples ? Something used and for sale for few bucks ....
