I got this as a gift last night and sprayed it on when i got back home. Suffice to say i'm very happy with this gift. I have to admit its not very original and groundbreaking but altitude is currently one of the best in its category. I love fresh and woody scents and this is perfect. But i did notice one thing though. The drydown was similar to the drydown of D&G THe One for men. My nose is not very sharp so i can't pick out the individual notes but there is something in both altitude n the one that is similar..i get this slighty bitter smell. Anyone know what note is that?
There were only 5 reviews on Altitude. 5 threads about it on the forum. its not that bad a scent but it seems that not many were interested or bothered with it. My only assumption was that the original silver shadow sucked so bad that no one bothered trying the other flankers. I tried silver shadow once but can't really remember the smell too well..all i can recall was that it was sweet.
Any opinions on the newest flanker Silver Shadow Private in terms of longevity and sillage?
So guys give altitude a chance coz its not bad actually. But can't comment bout the longevity and sillage yet.
I own the original Silver Shadow and it's one of my best scents. I haven't had a chance to test Altitude but want to as its a version of the original. I have tested SSPrivate though and very much like it, not exceptional longevity or sillage but good enough for me, a very nice classy frag.
