Default Cigarette smoke in female fragrances

Hi neverending source of fragrance wisdom,

I'm new on board, I've only read the last weeks, but now I haven't found the answer to the question, I'm looking for, which is:

I'm in search of female fragrances with a defintive strong note of cigarette smoke.

I think smoke scents are very sexy on men, I think they are double sexy on women. I'm no smoker, but I love smoke in perfumes. The three bigs come to mind: Tabac Blond, Habanita and Bandit and I'm a huge fan.

I found some threads about male fragrances with smoke, very interesting and probably a lot to try (I don't care much for male-female boundaries in perfume), but it doesn't have much female recommendations. Is there anything out there not to be missed?

I get it in Miss Balmain, too
And in the elusive, crazy sexy Paco Rabanne XS Extreme Girl a lot

État Libre d'Orange Jasmin et Cigarette! A definite ashtray accord in there. It's a bit of an oddity, but very wearable and very understatedly smoldering, I find.
It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely products of a deranged imagination.

I second Jasmin & Cigarette! It's definitely the smell of smoke, not tobacco. A bit like ashtray too, but I know lots of people like it.

Creed Tabaromme or the other male creeds with tabacco in it It's not really smoke but it might work for you too.
But once you get locked into a serious perfume collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

Velvet Rope by Apothia: it has the strangest vanilla and cigarette smoke combo - and it totally works.

I agree- the scent is distinctly like a cigarette burning rather than like a tobacco note. And then there is the jasmine, too.

I forgot to mention it in my post; the new Kate Moss fragrance (blue bottle, I think the name is Velvet Hour) has a distinct smoke note. I think you can find it dead cheap in online stores.

I find Cabochard very smoky on me. And even Balmain's Jolie Madame, though very subtle.

I haven't tried Jolie Madame yet, but I bought a vintage Balmain-Set with all the classics in mini bottles, but it hasn't arrived yet. Do you know, if the actual Jolie Madame differs in terms of smokiness from the vintage version?

I tried them side by side--I posted a review in the directory. To me, the vintage was softer and mossier. The new one is very, very good, but is a bit more harsh with a stronger vetiver note. The vetiver does get smoky in the drydown, but I would not say it smells very much like tobacco smoke. It does smell like herbal smoke, though.

Alright, that's enough. I have to try them side by side also.

Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille might be one to try.
