    Question Extraordinary sleeper fragrance.

I have recently noted Balmain Ambre Gris showing up in threads indicating that the writers have designated them having reached a favorite status. How many reading this thread now have a bottle and so designate this fragrance as favorite and part of their rotation? Don't be shy. I find myself a Ambre Gris junkie. I love this stuff and have a number of bottles just in case.

I tried Ambre Gris. It just did not do much for me. I like the bottle though.

I misread the premise. I thought you wanted to know what our sleeper fragrances were.

The scent grows richer, he knows he must be near
He finds a long passageway lit by chandelier
Each step he takes, the perfumes change
From familiar fragrance to flavours strange
A magnificent chamber meets his eye

I ordered a sample because of the good reviews but mostly mecause of the perfect bottle. I 've tried it only once but to my nose it feels like an ambery Tuscany Donna. I 'll give it another try but I wasn't really impressed. Maybe because I received in the same order as Ambre Precieux...

J'adore! Comfort in a bottle... less heavily in my rotation, mainly because of newer purchases and a heap of samples to go through.

Again, love the bottle, but just so-so on the juice.
