it should be green, refreshing, bitter, vegetable but unusual and interesting and not unisex despite of the composition that is definitely unisex or even manly. For very hot days. Any suggestion?
Ivoire maybe - although it's hardly unisex. Bitter, soapy greens
with galbanum, carnation and oakmoss amongst other notes.
I love this in the warmer months. It's very classy and elegant.
SMN Melograno is another one you might like to consider. It's a weird
scent, so try before you buy.
Some of these may be worth smelling:
Eau D'Italie's Magnolia Romana ( bitter-green white floral with spice and aquatic notes )
Diptyque's L'Ombre Dans L'Eau ( tangy, sharp-green notes and rose )
Ayala Moriel's Indigo ( cool, soft yet green and bitter anise with muted herbs and florals )
Nikki St. Phalle
How about Kelly Caleche or Caleche Fleurs de Mediteranee? Both have a herbal, soapy quality, KC being more leathery and Caleche being more floral, and both are more feminine than Jardin de Mediteranee from the Hermes line.
I tried Chanel Bel Respiro today and felt it was fresh and herbal without being "sweaty" as some herbal fougeres can be--Galbanum, light herbs, clean and slightly soapy musk.
My number-one-go-to for feminine green is Chanel No.19. I also like Cristalle very much too. I haven't tried the new Cristalle yet, but it supposedly is also a galbanum-green fragrance.
Gosh, I'd go have a sniff of Guerlain Herba Fresca. Upon reading your description it is the first one that popped into my head!
Bel Respiro, I adore you... but my heart belongs to another.
Fleur de Narcisse, though it's only bitter at first spray.
Sisley Eau de Campagne (but it is unisex).

here are my suggestions:
Chanel No. 19 EdT (drier) or EdP (sweeter)
Y by YSL
Eau Dynamisante (more woody than green)
Vetiver by Guerlain (THE best "green" for very hot days, imho)
Ô de Lancôme
& seconding Eau de Campagne!
How about the Hermès Le Jardins series?
"They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night."

Hampton Sun Privet Bloom-- very green, linear, slightly bitter.
It starts of with the smell of fresh green beans, the entire perfume feels rather cool and the florals mix into it little by little (violets mostly). It´s very refreshing, but I wouldn´t clal it bitter t´s not overly sweet either.
I think it would be really good for hot days and if you are bored with refreshing being aquatics or citrus/orange based.
But once you get locked into a serious perfume collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.
My favorite summer green frag for my quite hot & very humid climate is Paco Rabanne Calandre.

I have THE perfect scent for you: Chanel No.18. You wanted a green, vegetal and bitter scent. It's an unusally gorgeous frag that starts out with a slightly picklish note, but then turn into an amazing bitter floral. IMHO the perfect frag for summer.
Dry, herbal, green... hmmm...
Sous le Vent
although, I don't detect the bitter part.
I'm simplifying my life. For Sale Thread (some niche, some designer):
I love Paco Rabanne Metal. Very cool green frag. I also applaud Ivoire, #19 and Calandre, Bel Respiro, #18. All fabulous winners!
