Default What are you still waiting for?

I am so out of the loop when it comes to the smellies these days. Help a juice guy out who lives on a small island were the fragrance world is so limited. I will research any examples you leave.

From a look at your collection maybe it's time (if you haven't already) to check out Terre d'Hermes, Dior Homme, Guerlain Homme - all mainstream - and maybe take the Oud plunge - we don't see much of that where I live, so I'm getting Montale Black Oud (Aoud?) and a couple of other samples from their line in. TDC Bergamote, Sel Vetiver could be interesting.

A new, quality Lutens offering would be quite welcome.

I see a little renewed interest in New West Otto, you just might want to take it for a spin. Although marketed as an aquatic it's not really light and fresh at all and be a nice change of pace from your usual sea scented breezes.

If you like L'Occitane's Vetyver, give Lalique's Encre Noir a try. They are both vetiver scents, but L'Occitane is big, rich & powerful; whereas EN is subtle and complex in different ways. Restrained but alluring at the same time.

BTW, how does Virgin Island Water smell in Bermuda? Is it cloying at all?

No, and I am so glad it is not. I do get positive comments whenever I have worn it. At one point a distributor was very interested in bring Creed to the island but the interest in it was very weak after test running a few. The good thing about that is that I will be one of the only juice guy wearing it.

Thanks again for all your input.
