Default Lolita Lempicka au Masculin, then what's next?

Hi guys, I'm on my way exploring the gourmand road, I have Vanilla Lace by VS to start with, Le Male and then LLaM. So now what's next for me?

A*men is about 8 hrs on my wrist. But I still cannot get myself around it, not yet, the chocolate is nice but the tar note is still to much for me.

Jason, give Body Kouros a try. It may be better for the "cooler" months, however. Good take on licorice and it is somewhat related to Au Masculin, but surely different.

Try Hanae Mori EDP (keeps gourmand notes longer than the EDT, which keeps the base longer), Rochas Man, and Fresh Cannabis Santal. If you're absolutely in love with the anise/licorice note in Lolita Lempica, I'd consider Kenzoair, but it's really not a gourmand.

Great suggestion. I've been wearing BK in the Florida heat and if you go light on the trigger, it develops very nice, exotic way.

I've found that gourmands can become nauseating even if you like them at first. One of the least nauseating I've found is Amour de Cacao (which might be classified as a "feminine" but is at least unisex if A*Men is a "masculine"). The worst, for me, is the combination of strong lavender and a gourmand element (usually vanilla and/or chocolate). You have been forewarned! LOL.

Rochas Man is lovely and sweet but I don't "get" it as being gourmand. I seem to be the only one, though.

Bath & Body Works' Sensual Amber is a good copy of Hanae Mori for Men, in case anyone is interested. (Full disclosure: I work part-time at a BBW store.)

How about Bvlgari Black or Jaipur? Note that all mentioned fragrances (LL, Bvlgari Black, Jaipur, Body Kouros) were created by Annick Menardo.

Second that on Kenzo Jungle l'Elephant, which is a women's frag that men wear quite easily. This is an incredible, bold and mind-blowing gourmand. Unlike anything else. It's cinammon that last forever, with vanilla, cardamom, and clove over a wet-soil base.

This thing lasts longer than Stonehenge and it's the most-complimented frag i've ever had in a single wearing.

If you like Anise that's well-blended, check out Cartier Must ph or the Essence version. You can not go wrong.

Wow, there are so many things for me to try. Thank guys . I think I refer the creamy sweet vanilla, chocolate, etc effect on the gourmand than the spicy anise, cinnamon, etc notes

Guerlain l'Instant pour Homme, or better yet the Eau Extreme (EDP) version. Yummy, yet very refined.

I'm sure you can check it out on Diamond Plaza or Parkson in Saigon.
