Default Has MPG Iris Bleu Gris been reformulated in new bottle?

I bought a back-up of MPG Iris BG since it seems they are folding up their tent. The Perfume Emporium had photos of the old bottle so I ordered it. Big surprise, it is in the new bottle. So I think I might send it back if it is a reformulation. Does anyone know?

    Thanks for your information!

Good question, I'd like to know too.

BTW, I hear that you cannot rely on the vendor's photo -- they may show the older design, but will send you a new one.

    yes.
I actually had a conversation about this.
Apparently the new packaging went hand in hand with the reformulations.

Bummer. I was afraid of that. Has anyone tried the new one?

I have never tried the scent from the old bottle but I am absolutely thrilled with the new bottle (as a matter of fact I happen to wear it today). The only way to know if you 're buying the new bottle is the ml content. 100ml means new, 90ml means old and that is if you are buying from a serious seller.

I finally have the answer to this question. I opened this new bottle and found it much to my liking. I noticed a slightly less powerful opening, which means less 'shaving cream' effect. Could this mean a little less vetiver? Cedar is prominent. All other notes fall perfectly into place. If you have to settle for this version, you won't be disappointed, IMO.

I bought the new ROUTE DU VETIVER and it is not the same juice i used to wear.I still have the original issue which longevity and projection are excellent. I did not get the same with the new issue. I have been told that the unique which remains close to the original is AMBRE PRECIEUX, but i did not try it yet.
Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."
