Default Is Dunhill Desire still being produced?

This is one of my favorite frags that I've been in love with from first my whiff 8 years ago. I know it is still very widely available... online anyway, but can you tell me if this frag has been discontinued and the stock that we see online is simply leftovers..? .. or if it is still being produced but just not sold at mainstream department stores anymore... I realize on it's basenotes review it does say that it's in production but I was curious as to whether it was updated or not. Thanks!

I don't know of any department stores that carry it anymore. The last time I had seen it in the store was at Dillards well over a year ago when they were trying to get rid of it from their shelves at 50% or less from retail price.

I purchased this once and loved it. However the longevity was horrible, I mean as in gone after an hour with no trace. Reminded me of Baldessarini in that department. Took it back and exchanged for D&G at the time.

Just a note: Cuba Orange seems to be a copy of DD, but I don't think it's a very good copy.

It's everywhere you look in Australia, heavily discounted.
I find Creed's Original Santal to be very similar, but four times the price

This stuff along with other Dunhills is available in every Marshalls and T.J. Maxx store in the U.S.

Try a Dunhill store. Grab a cigar while you're there too.

Yeah it is, but get Dunhill LONDON instead. I think they smell a bit alike but London is much nicer, they both have vanilla accords but desire smells more burnt and like rubber whereas London is creamy frosty vanilla with nice sandalwood embedded in there....I liked desire too but when I smelled London it blew it away!
