Default Start a New Social Group?

I am having trouble finding an FAQ for the rules and procedures of the Social Groups. Is there one I'm missing? Thanks!

Hm. I get a message that "You do not have access to this page."

Perhaps only supporters or longer-time members can start a new group?

Those are possible conditions. Another possible condition would be certain number of posts required. I can't confirm any of that though, maybe someone else can? Sorry about it.

Aaaah...I just passed 500 posts and suddenly I could do many new things, including starting a Social Group. So, if anyone else was wondering, that seems to be the requirement.
