    ...which one will it be?

NONE! Please listen to people, and SAMPLE, SAMPLE, SAMPLE!
Don't panic. Just stay calm, and reload....

    It WOULD be GIT.

GIT , but sample from TPC. It's an expensive mistake if you don't like it.

Get one of their lighter fresh scents ie

    GIT
    Erolfa
    Himalya
    SMW

    definitely sample first

I bought the following blind and love them.

    Fleurs de Bulgarie
    Aubepine Acacia
Virgin Island Water <---- this one is for SO and it's awesome on him
    Jasmal

    But I'm crazy that way.

Relax, people. It's hypothetical. I'm still waiting for my vial sample of GIT...
But I may drop by CK Tangs tomorrow to see if I can find some Creed stuff..

Diamondflame: firstly, you have an excellent wardrobe. pretty balanced. seems you have bought these scents after testing them..so it'd be a good idea to sample scents from creed first coz they cost a bomb.. however, based on your tastes...if you really like CK Obsession for men and Azzaro Ph, then you may want to give orientals like Boid du Portugal, Baie de Genievere a try...they don't smell alike but come under that genre of heavier scents...

i also notice you like powdery scents (Arpege, Touch).. i havent tested any from creed which comes under that exact genre, but do give Himalaya a try.

if you like vetiver based scents then Creeds Original Vetiver will surely please you. however, you may think it smells like Mugler cologne or a Vetiver Hombre...but believe me, it offers more...

other fav's are Green Irish Tweed (the common argument is that it smells like Cool water, which it does at a superficial level, but the mid to basenote journey in GIT is simply divine), Silver Mountain Water et al..

Thanks, everyone. Jenson, you're spot on! Himalaya and BdP are definitely on my test list.. along with GIT, MI, SMW. With Creed's pricing, I may have a crazy fun time trying to choose my first Creed.

Not to sidetrack the thread (always inevitable on a Creed thread), but I was walking through Macy's yesterday and past the fragrance counter. I saw a bottle of Cool Water sitting there, so I sprayed it on my arm. I had to laugh.

I have to apologize in advance to all those that think that GIT and CW smell alike, but I really have to question your nose. I don't even think the openings are that similar.

CW smells much more like the new formulation of Caswell and Masey Greenbriar.

The scent grows richer, he knows he must be near
He finds a long passageway lit by chandelier
Each step he takes, the perfumes change
From familiar fragrance to flavours strange
A magnificent chamber meets his eye

Test first is always good advice. Looking at your wardrobe and making some assumptions I agree with the Silver Mountain Water recommendation. Just don't buy it on EBay.

    Good luck...

PS - if you did buy a Creed blind and not like it you wouldn't have a hard time selling or swapping it here

Santal Imperial, since it is probably the only available Creed masculine that I haven't tried!

Himalaya - It's a very natural smelling cousin to Geir.

Original Vetiver. I wouldn't necessarily call it the best Creed, but it is the safest blind buy IMO.

but but, CW smells exactly like GIT (if you add windex and celery). I know markups and justified prices for some colognes are crazy but CW just plain doesn't smell as good as GIT.

Probably either OS, SMW or Erolfa.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned MillÚsime ImpÚrial ?!?!?

I wish I could bathe in that stuff ! haha

Virgin Island Water and Silver Mountain Water are my other picks.

If it had to be just one, it would probably be Erolfa. I probably would not repurchase Himalaya, only because it is very similar to XS - which you can get for 40SGD per 100ml bottle. and likewise for GIT(still undecided) because it likens to Cool water40SGD/125ml), BUT I am not saying it is a duplicate. GIT obviously shines with better quality, it just puts me in a dilemma when paying premium prices.

EDIT: Tangs probably has the best Creed variety, but the last time I was there(1month+ back), they didn't have a good range of the ladies selection, which I find has a number of very good male-suitable scents. Happy sampling!
