Default looking for a Petitgrain scent

Since having signoricci which I love, I was looking for other scents either heavy or featuring Petitgrain.

    any suggestions

    citrus aurantium

The orange tree leaf, petitgrain, has a fresh, floral, citrus, slightly woody fragrance. It is a refreshing deodorant. Having astringent properties, it is frequently used as an ingredient in skincare. Petitgrain oil also may be used to treat fatigue and stress.

Well don't laugh, but Fleur du Male actually has a very prominent petigrain note, as I believe does Insensé. (Perhaps the bitterness of petitgrain appeals to perfumers as "masculinizing" accent for floral fragrances.)

A freind of mine girlfriend, bought him Fleur du Male, and I sprayed it one time on my wrist.

It was nasty I could not stand it and had to wash it off.

Chanel pour Monsieur, for about 3 minutes. Still, it's beautiful!

Agree with the old dog above that Fleur du Male has a petitgrain accord, but there is so much else going on with FdM... the neroli just dominates.

Here in Australia we have pour Monsieur available at all Chanel counters in major department stores. Egoiste on the other hand...

No, the U.S. boutiques only stock the concentree version. I bought mine from an online retailer.

Vibert's suggestion of Givenche Insense is a very good one, but I don't think there's much out there that beats Signoricci. Even in the currently released formulation.

I have enjoyed Le Petit Grain for some time now. It is quite soft, warm, even delicate. I agree that it evokes Chanel pour Homme. (I now understand CpH better because of MH's putative single note fragrance.)

As for commentary, try these three. The latter two are worthy of returning to, I think, for opinions on other scents.

I'll chime in with awayalonealong's comment. I've just tried my sample of Le Petit Grain. It is an excellent scent. It has several phases. The first is a very citrusy opening, closely followed by a herbal aspect. Then there is a orange & leafy heart that is really lovely. Finally there is an excellent vetiver and moss dry-down.
