While this thread is also for planning next year's meeting I don't want to let this weekend pass without thanking everyone who spent even one minute planning a meet-up. To take time out of your time to plan something that seems to have really brought the groups in every city together is to be applauded. I know the boston group is already thinking of ways to get together on a less grand basis for a shorter period of time more regularly. If that happens with some of the other cities this will have been an even bigger success than it already was.

(BUMP) Please may this be stickied on the men's board too so people can be directed to the thread where we're debating and planning future events? (It's nice to try and consolidate such discussion until such time, if ever, that we get an events forum).

May I make a suggestion for myself, but one which I'm sure others will share? Can each group designate at least one photographer, and schedule at least one group photo? It is so great to see the faces of Basenoters, and groups of perfume peeps gathered together. In the excitement of the get-together, these things can easily get overlooked. But if they are planned and scheduled, they are more likely to happen.
