Don't overcomplicate this.
Buy small glass bottles from any of the suppliers you've mentioned. Hold the sprayer of the original bottle up against the opening of the new, smaller one. Spray spray spray. Attach the spray top tightly. No need for funnels. No real use for pipettes, if the original bottle is a typical spray design.
Purse sprays? I don't carry a purse, but I do use bottles that are slightly larger than "sample size" -- enough to give me 4-6 wearings, which gives me enough to take along when I travel. I like caps on the sprayers, so they don't accidentally spray. Plus it's easier to spray into your decant if it doesn't have a tiny opening.
