    Question Fragrance recommandations for me

    Hi,
I recently got very in to fragrances and perfumes.

I was wondering what kind of fragrance would you recommend for a man that is
    calm, funny and mysterious ?

Thanks in advance, I'll take into consideration all of your advice.

Obviously pay no attention to this because it's someone who wishes they were funny +but they aren't).

    Welcome to BN!

There's no way to tell what you'll like based on personality, so you should you probably go to a store and start sampling. Make sure to sample on skin and let the fragrance settle for a while before deciding. Once you've figured out some notes and styles you like it will be easier to get advice.

I think the OP is asking for recommendations on scents that somehow reflect his personality. Calm, mysterious but with a scent of humour. Probably a relaxed, fun scent with an unexpected twist? Can't think of any at the moment. Maybe cuz I can't help recalling a poster who used to spray Dirt by Demeter on unsuspecting friends. LOL.

It's pretty cheap compared to some of the other recommendations you'll get, but Dunhill Desire. Sure. . its smells a little synthetic. But its calm and smooth gourmand, that also sparkles with a little naughtiness and fruit. Think vanilla, cinnamon, green apples and lime with a powdery and milky atmosphere.

For a beginner i think its a solid choice economically and nasally. Let us know what you choose!

    Burberry London

+1 on the amen pure malt, this is calming and mysterious (since it's relatively rare)
Want to buy/trade: looking for some escentric molecules kinski, I have a bunch of decants/samples including escentric 02 and escentric 01

    Hi Trapper!

I do find it a little difficult to suggest fragrances based solely on personality traits. Have you tried anything that has particularly interest you? A little more hints scent-wise would greatly help.
