    Default Jury Duty today...

I had to go to jury duty today, and debated which of my two current infatuations to wear. My offend no one, ultimate office scent Bvlgari PH, or my very relaxing Versace PH. Since I had worn Bvlgari for the last 3 consecutive days I ended up going with Versace.

Well, no one noticed or cared.....but I didn't really expect them to.

It lifted my spirits and made the boring day a little more enjoyable for myself. That's what it's really about anyway, right?

However, the purpose of this post isn't really me and my SOTD. I wanted to share another fragrance related story from my day at the courthouse.

While sitting in the Jury waiting room two ladies behind me were looking through magazines and sniffing the fragrance inserts. They were going on and on about how great Chanel was, with one of them talking about how much she loves CoCo. The other made a statement about wanting something with a French name that cost about $100, but she either couldn't recall it or more likely didn't want to try to pronounce it.

Then (you'll love this) the one that wanted the French frag (who I'd estimate was in her early 20s) starts talking about buying her guy Acqua di Gio. I guess it's still a favorite of women to smell on their men, no matter what they like for themselves.

I still like AdG myself, but I think Versace PH is similar and much better, and I've been loving it since I discovered it. If I read right the perfumer for both was Alberto Morillas, and I can just imagine Versace commissioning him to design them an AdG, but for grown ups.

At any rate, Versace PH sounds like one of the most suitable scents for this assignment.

The jury will reach a decision in no time flat.
