Default Which Serge Lutens fragrances have been reformulated?

Rather than hijacking the "rut thread", I thought I would ask the question here.

Which Serge Lutens fragrances have been reformulated?

    Any impressions of the reformulations?

As far as I know, none of them. I've never had to play that 'vintage' vs. 'new' game with SL scents ((knocking on wood))

Chergui, according to some of the posts here (old brown vs the new green colour)
    and Feminite du Bois.

FdB for sure, Turin and Lutens have both discussed this.

Yeah, I remember seeing a post, I think it was from Amit, addressing the changes in colour (changed twice wasn't it? brown to green then back to brown again) and scent in Chergui Yeah Feminite du Bois, the old Shiseido one, is much better, IMO.

I've heard some discussion on Fleurs de Oranger and whether it's been toned down. I wish IFRA would get its potato-pickin' fingers out of our favorite frags. I wish IFRA a speedy road to hell.

From my nose (take that for what it's worth), the following have been changed...

-Chergui has recently been on the shelves at Sephora, and it's very different to my nose. Less rich, less sweet, and much spicier.
-Fleurs d'Oranger, again on the shelves at Sephora, is now an overly syrupy jasmine, and I recall it being more indolic orange blossom + cumin. No cumin as far as I can tell.
-Un Bois Sepia once smelled of sandalwood, and now smells like a cheap woody amber (referring to the version sold at Bergdorf's).

Like I said, just my opinions...I could easily be mistaken. Others have mentioned Sephora's lights & heat affecting the juice, but all of the bottles I encountered were brand new and so I doubt this was the case.

This post mentions Miel de Bois would have to be reformulated if it were to comply with upcoming IFRA standards:

Better than being discontinued, as discussed earlier. Fortunately it "only" returns to the exclusive range, so I might order another bottle if I'm in need.

Did she say anything specific about the direction of the reformulation?

Chergui has its odd in New York its the green juice that smells terrible in my opinion yet in Dallas Barney's said that it hasn't been reformulated and they only carry the brown juice

Just another reason to save up my money and get the good stuff while it last:brolly:
