    Question Bosari Acqua Classica?

I have been recommended to Borsari Aqua Classica. I am intrigued by both its EdP strength and its affordability. How does it compare to a traditional like say, Roger and Gallet Extra Vieille? I know it has a subdued leather note. Any thoughts? How is the longevity?

If people had thoughts, they would have said them!

I asked about this one once and if you do a search for "Acqua Classica", you will find some comments on it, but not much.

I have both Borsari Aqua Classica and R&G Extra Vielle. R&G is a classic Eau de Cologne, it has a traditional citrus scent with a note of rose. Because of the herbal notes and the slight aspect, I think of Borsari as a chypre. Those notes make Borsari quite different from R&G, although they both have a prominent lemon starting-point. Hope this helps.
