Guerlain Homme Intense
I am always looking for great daytime (office) fragrances. I'd love to learn your favorites, and whether you've found anything recently.
My favorite office frags are: Terre d'Hermes, Blenheim Bouquet, Ho Hang
Guerlain Homme Intense
Carolina Herrera 212 men. Several compliments..
Recently i tried Terre d Hermes

It *was* Guerlain Vetiver - not that I like it any less now, I just grew a bit tired of wearing it so often. Recently, I've been rotating so much I am not sure which one I have worn most or prefer best for office.
Hermes Terre d'Hermes
YSL Rive Gauche pour Homme
Caron The Third Man
Guerlain Habit Rouge EDC
Please feel free to check out my Swap Thread - Patou pour Homme, L'Instant de Guerlain PH Extreme, Dior Homme Intense, Pure Malt, Pure Coffee and many more! Click Here For My Swap Thread
IMHO it's sth not to sweet and not overwhelm (don't spray to much)
my fav daytime scents.
1. Gucci II
2. terre d'hermes - i can see that lot of ppl like it
3.. 212 - it last and last....
4. everlasting - egoiste platinium
AdP Colonia Assoluta. Helps me thinking...
Penhaligon's Racquets; fantastic longevity on me. Very polite but serious frag
Chanel Anteus; very serious "power" frag with a wee touch of sex appeal; Doesn't project much on me, but I know when I'm wearing it.

GPH2 is a definite work favorite.
Eau D Orange Verte
YSL L Homme
These are in no order but lately, I've been getting great mileage out of Jazz. Such a wonderful fragrance. The deep, dark undertones that YSL Coutoure is famous for with a tinge of heavenly cinnamon to set it off. Perfecto!
Is the juice worth the squeeze?
Chanel Pour Monsieur Concentree
Armand Basi homme
Aqua di Parma Colonia Intensa
Tiffany for Men
L'Ame d'Un Heros
L'Instant de Guerlain
Snarky is as snarky does.
Chanel Pour Monsieur (1955)
Acqua di Parma Colonia Assoluta
Rive Gauche Pour Homme
Green Frich Tweed
Thierry Mugler Cologne
Habit Rouge Eau de Cologne
That said, I wear pretty much anything and everything to the office now, only differing in the amount applied.

Everyone is entitled to his own opinions, but not his own facts. Daniel Moynihan
Absolument Absinth, especially for very conservative work environments.
Rive Gauche PH
Puro Lino, another that works well in conservative environments.

What makes an office scent, an office scent? Weak strength?
I'll go with GIT

Top 5 in rotation: Dior Homme, Pure Malt, Egoiste, Gucci Envy, Platinum Egoiste
Happiness is perfume, you can't pour it on somebody else without getting a few drops on yourself.

Looking for large CAPS for M7, boss bottled #6, Bvlgari PH and YSL La Nuit
YSL Pour Homme (1971) and Jazz, Safari for men, and Tommy Bahama.
I like Rive Gauche PH, but I really think it is not an "office scent" at this point; it just draws too much attention to itself. That said, just about any fragrance is probably okay if you use just one shot.
+ anything not sexy in my wardrobe.

Adolfo Dominguez Agua Fresca
Estee Lauder Pleasures for Men
- for me, office frags are supposedly pleasant for everyone, will not offend and not obnoxiously loud. First 2 I really like, but Pleasures is for from being a fave but noticed a lot of people like it.
I've worn most, if not all, of my frags to work and did notice once or twice that if I wear something like Paco Rabanne PH I shouldn't get too close (physical distance) to my female co-workers for a couple of minutes...someone said I smelled too much of a man!
Lancome Hypnose Eau Fraiche
All are relatively light and inoffensive and get positive reactions around the office
The not much mentioned Lalique pour Homme. Subtle, refined, could never be considered offensive in any manner. Quiet well mannered fragrance that lasts, and lasts. Others for sure, but this fragrance comes to mind first.
Don't panic. Just stay calm, and reload....
Chopard pour Homme
Everlast Original 1910
Otto Kern Man
Roots for Him
Signature pour Homme (S.T. Dupont)
Azzaro Pour Homme
Acqua di Parma Colonia
Chanel Pour Monsieur
Allure Homme Sport EDT
Glad to see some love given to Lalique pour Homme. One of the best kept secrets, in my opinion.
I had forgot all about Canali for quite some time. It's definitely not as good as some ot the others mentioned but a damn good one that I've neglected until today.

Want to buy/trade: looking for some escentric molecules kinski, I have a bunch of decants/samples including escentric 02 and escentric 01
Sander for Men
Which office? I can't stop thinking that fragrances used in private banking offices must be different to those worn in, say, advertising agencies.
So, well, I imagine that a safe scent in the case of:
- a model agency office, A Men
- a lawyer's buffet, Escada
- an advertising agency, something from CK
- a scholar / academic related office, Guerlain's Vetiver
My favorite? Well, I don't work in an office. But in the case I would, I would not hesitate using Monsieur Givenchy.

Exceptional For Men
Off-Site Decants =) (updated 05/16/12)
Normally i'd wear Pi Fraiche or Burberry Brit. Lately i've Been using I Am King with good results.
Yes, it all depends on the kind of office you mean.
My office happens to be in a prison, so the considerations may be slightly different.
I wear pretty much whatever I want, but I spray lightly. Some fragrances are just not well behaved, even with a light trigger, and I avoid those. Some just don't seem right for office wear (L'Air or Carnal Flower for example). But I manage to wear Yatagan fairly frequently as well as some pretty feminine stuff without any problems (ie. L'Eau d'Hiver). It's all in the attitude at my office.
a "best of" list might include...
Bvlgari PH Extreme
Vetyver by L'Occitane
Avignon by CdG
Fumerie Turque (really, I get complimented on it quite a bit)
Absolute favorite: Malle's Angelique Sous La Pluie
I only work in an office environment about once a month.
When I do I reach for Puro Lino everytime.
Well, I'm parked in an office all day every day and there aren't many I avoid. However, I know what you mean - I have quite a few, but my most recent buy that seems like it would be a good 'safe' yet interesting and different office scent would be Cereus's latest - No. 14. It's a accessible warm, woody fragrance. I love it, and got compliments on it within hours of getting to work the first day I wore it.
