Question The American Line: Fragrances for the US Military

    http://theamericanline.org/index.php

Has anyone sampled any of these? I don't have high hopes that the quality of the fragrance lives up to the standards of the military but anything is possible.

I've sent them an email asking for samples and further info on the development of their fragrances so we'll see what happens.

Here's some links that popped up in Google:

They donate a good percentage of proceeds to the services and Veterans Affairs. The company behind them is Parfumologie. They're only $33 and change at Fragrancenet and they were just released in October as far as the I can tell from the press release. Just found out about them in the Stars and Stripes supplement today.

Haven't tried it, but somehow I picture Marines and Navy guys getting in fights over it.

They actually look pretty interesting; especially the USMC and Army scents.

They are very secretive and I doubt you will get a straight answer; I believe the official policy is called "don't ask, don't tell".

I saw these mentioned on the LA Times site and was interested in them too. I can't find samples anywhere but the frags themselves seem to be available at a number of online discounters already...

Lol! They probably have a strong potassium bromide accord!
