Default Face care: dry and sensitive skin

I really suffer from dry (temperature changes, wind) and sensitive skin (it becomes red when I shave or put moisturizer on).
Can someone advise me a good moisturizer?
    Thanks in advance!

    E45 Lotion works for me.

I've been using it for twenty-odd years.

Bonus. People tell me my face doesn't look my age (50 next time round).

Yes E45 is wonderful stuff. I can't buy it in the US but I bring back pots of it from London. Otherwise Eucerin is good too .

Use aloe vera gel as a moisturizer. It is great for both dry and sensitive skin. Well, diet has a lot to do with the way your skin looks. Drink plenty of water which will help your skin to rid of toxins and eat fresh foods with plenty of vitamins and nutrients that your skin will thank you for.

Try Earth Science A D E Creamy Fruit Oil Cleanser which is 5.5ph. I suffer from similar as I cycle and ski and the elements are hell on my face. They also have a moisturizing lotion called Almond-Aloe which is fragrance free. I try to keep my regimen simple so I hardly use the lotion and while the cleanser has fragrance listed as the last ingredient but it has never bothered my skin and leaves it clean but not dry feeling and never greasy. I only used fragrance free products on my body because of sensitive skin so I read labels. Note of caution unscented generally has fragrance but with additional chemicals to mask the scent so if you have dry/sensitive ski or easily irritated skin these two products are great.

And I have recommended them in other posts but I do not work for the company or have any affiliation with them just a satisfied customer who has used them for 20 years. Though my go to brand was Jason Naturals until they started eliminating and changing formulas. I blame that on Haines Celestial Group.
