I wore regular Isse for years right after it came out. It it one of the many "fresh, light" frags along the lines Aqua di Gio that exploded in the 90s. Haven't tried the Intense.
It is not feminine per se, just a bit overused and too "generically fresh and lightweight" for me.
I don't think of it as floral at all, though I suppose there are some floral notes in it.
I got frequent compliments from women, yes. While I often prefer stronger, darker stuff like Caraceni 1913, Anteus or Van Cleef and Arpels Pour homme, there are a lot of women that prefer the lighter stuff.
Nobody will likely say it's not a good scent, it just got a bit overused for many of us like AdG.
