Default I need to bring one frag overseas, which one in my wardrobe ?

    Hey guys,

I'm going overseas soon, in romantic situations
I'm gonna meet this girl for the first time, she said she doesnt like fresh scents, but like guys with colognes. (somepeople might tell me i need to be myself. and yes, i'm myself and believe in myself 100% ) , im just looking for a scent that none of her other guys use, and that she will remember it)

I need to save the kilos for a guitar so i dont wanna bring too much clothes and frag, so i gotta choose only one.

The weather in Vietnam is hot and humid, but in the evening it gets better. I already have Polo Blue and my lovely bottle of Musc Ravageur waiting for me there already.

These are what i have in my wardrobe (since the wardrobe function is down):
    MPG PdH
John Varvatos (Original) - 2 votes
    Maxims PH - 1 vote
    Kouros -4 votes
    Rive Gauche - 7 votes
    Montana PH - 1 vote
    Gucci envy - 2 votes
    Escada Magnetism - 1 vote
    Polo Blue
    Creed MI -1 vote
    ungaro III (new formulation)
Mukhallat Al Emirates (a space saver !)
Ajmal AA Musk Ghazelle (oh my god i think shes gonna run away hahahaha)

I think i'll bring Mukhallat Al Emirates. Waiting for your inputs, much appreciated !

    Cheers,

    Andy

No vote to Rive Gauche. I know I'm in the minority in the first place regarding RG (hate it), but even if I didn't, I'd pick something lighter and a "cooler" fragrance.

If you haven't been to SE Asia much (although you know it's hot and humid) - you really have no idea how hot and humid it will be. Rive Gauche smells like something that would be highly oppressive in that kind of weather, even in the evening.
Q: How do you make a feminine fragrance masculine?
A: Add 'Pour Homme' to the bottle

So ... what is your choice then I've used my RG Intense before in Vietnam, it's not too bad.

Gucci Envy and Rive Gauche would be good choices IMHO. Don't worry too much about humidity as it's even worse down south here in Malaysia and I have worn many cold weather frags with little trouble. The only thing you should worry about is longevity as you are going to sweat buckets so make sure the frag u decide to bring on your trip can last. There's nothing worse than putting on a great frag but by the time u reach your destination it has all been literally sweated away LOL.

I would say that John Varvatos or Gucci Envy should hold up well. Either of these would be my choices from your selection! Why don't you just take several of your frags in small atomizers? Have fun!

In my house, Rive Gauche pour Homme is not a safe fragrance. My wife hates it.

I like Montana better than Havana, hence no Havana in my wardrobe Havana is too thick and tobacco-y . If Aramis made a Havana Light I'd buy it hahaha. with less tobacco of course

Looks like youŽre going to need longevity.

IŽd go for Kouros or Magnetism.

    Great longevity : quality : pleasantness-in-moderation ratio

After suggesting RG earlier I was inspired to wear it as my SotE as I was attending a wedding dinner. Yes it was hot and humid (and still is) and I applied 5 sprays (chest and neck)...perfect.

    Compliments: -nil-
Complaints about my frag being too strong: -nil-

LOL...there was a guy on the same table as me that was drowning out my RG sillage with his generic aquatic

RG would be a good choice, so too would my other suggestion Gucci Envy.
