Default Joop! Jump a good blind buy for this summer???

I need a new warm weather frag. It gets crazy hot here in Mississippi around March and suddently 70 percent of collection becomes unwearable. I'm getting Leau D'Issey and am considering Joop! Jump as well. It has got very good reviews (but so have many many fragrances that I dislike) so I'm interested in it.

I wish I could find samples of it.

Its somewhat similar to Axe/Lynx Click. It gave me a bit of a headache so I traded mine away, would love to revisit it again & see if it still has the same effect. Outstanding longevity / sillage too.
Looking for: Andy Tauer - L'air du Desert Morocain & Incense Extreme

Anybody else have a take on this? Do they still make Beachcomber and how is it?

if it gives him headaches, doesn't mean it'll give you headaches...silly

Joop! Jump is a very nice scent.

Its good, however I definitely wouldnt consider it light, fresh or anything like hit. A heavy gourmand that I love but during warmer periods only use at nighttime or for going out.
And yes, I, too, sometimes experience the slight cloyingness as headache inducing.

Joop Jump is great summer scent , there is no doubt abouth that... I have felt in love with this last summer ... Everyone use AdG , Issey M. , Bvlgari Aqua in summer ( it's not something bad ) but if you want to be difrent and also to smell great buy Joop Jump , no mistake ... ( no headaches , and I'm a bit sensetive on that side ) .

Consider Terre'd Hermes, an awesome summer scent for those stifling days!
