Whether you're going out to the Boardwalk or just lounging around, maybe doing stuff around the beach town or having a bonfire on the beach at night, what do you wear?

First choice is always Acqua di Parma Colonia. It's pefect for beach wear. Runners-up include Creed Neroli Sauvage (or any of Creed's citruses, actually), Guerlain Homme, Creed Virgin Island Water, Coppertone suntan lotion (Bobbie Brown Beach is an acceptable substitute), or whatever else I have in my suitcase. If you're on the beach, you're most likely on vacation. Just enjoy it, and don't set any rules about stuff like fragrances.
PS: Creed Erolfa is another all-time favorite in this category, deservedly so.
I live on the Pacific Northwest coast, thirty yards from a beach. I wear all kinds of stuff.
Sel Marin (Heeley) blends well where I am.

D&G the one gives me a beachy feel
Theorema Esprit d'Ete. Great stuff. Unisex IMO and reminds me of summer and the beach.
When its hot out, I wear Bond No 9 Fire Island. I also choose to wear Tommy Bahama St Barts and Tom Ford Neroli Portofino.
Pretty much anything - I live near the beach.

I wear many different fragrances, but one I enjoy is Beach by Pascal Morabito
I like wearing Thierry Mugler Cologne to the beach.
Those circumstances would be when I go camping. When I do that--and love doing that--I just bring samples to try out. Kinda fun using the campground public showers, drying off, and smearing on a half or full vial of something.
For actually going TO the beach while camping, I don't make a mental note to wear a scent or pick one accordingly. And once the scent is washed off I don't think to reapply or try anything else. I'm usually not thinking about my fragrance on such journeys.
That girl, that bottle, that mattress and me.
Well, all my ideas were already mentioned: VIW, Bobbi Brown Beach or Fire Island. At night, something like CSPs Vanille-Coco or Elixir des Marveilles would be nice.
Last time I was in the beach (last December) I was wearing L'amoureux which I gave to my bro in law later on.
Something cheap from a bath/spa store. I get in the water and it washes off anyway.
Otherwise, the smell of the sunblock lotion.
"No elegance is possible without it...perfume is a part of you." Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel
Anything....but if it is just to take a sun bath and being with nature....to enhance the effect and to get in to the mood.....
BVLGARI AQVA POUR HOMME
nothing. maybe the scent of coppertone mixed with coconut oil.
Vittoria Apuana by Profumi del Forte ;-)
Joop Nightflight is a good and cheap choice.
Benetton Sport, Rectoverso Man Blue Atoll and Tommy T have been my most frequently used scents for going to the beach. Surprisingly, Gucci Rush proved remarkably resilient on my skin to going in and out of the water.
Not so surprisingly, Joop Homme is pretty good too - but it doesn't really go with the beach atmosphere.
P.S. I'm not crazy. The scents that do wash off still hang around my shirt when I put it back on, when it's time to leave.
