Thanks, Mike. As a fan of the original, I will definitely want to try this, though I'm a little skeptical, too. Wouldn't it be great if this turns out to be the long-lasting summer citrus that so many of us dream of?
A new flanker of Eau de Cartier arrives in Summer 2010.
I can't say that I'm that excited over the addition of orange and bergamot, but I'll definitely seek this out to smell it once it's released.
Thanks Mike - always up for a new citrus. Summer is long enough here to offer plenty of time to experiment. It may be old news but received a note yesterday from azl announcing a new AdP Blu Med "Bergamotto di Calabria" which might also be worth looking into.
I would like to try this, but I'm way behind on my Cartier flankers. I've been wanting to try the new Declaration Cologne and Roadster Sport as well. The Cartier website doesn't even show those yet!
Mmmmm, yum. Thanks for sharing. I'm very fond of the original. Sounds like a good idea to me. Can't wait. THANKS!
I tried this the other week , it is very pleasant but nothing special , and had all but disappeared by the time I left the store ! It certainly is not worth the money they ask for it !! Reminded me a bit of BR Classic...
I want to sample this and see what it's like too.....Gary
A wonderful new unisex fragrance from Cartier. The Eau de Cartier Orange draws its brightness from a vibrant and luminous citrus cocktail start (orange, bergamote), a delicate floral heart (violette flowers, acacia) and trails with sensual woody amber notes (cedarwood, patchouli).
Yes its out in the UK already. I was given a sample about 3 weeks ago. Blushes didn't really try it, as I don't do orange. But it seemed fresh.
I tried this yesterday. It starts off very nice, but then quickly fades to nothing. It's a pass for me.
