    Some Notes:

    Aquatic: Cool Water
    Civet: Jicky ( higher concntrations, EdP and parfum, are better that way )
    Frankincense: Avignon
    Jasmine: A La Nuit
    Lily: Un Lys
    Muguet: Diorissimo ( though I have heard dire things about the modern stuff )
    Musk: Muscs Kublai Khan for dirty musk; Body Shop White Musk for clean, "white" musk.
    Rose: Sa Majeste La Rose
    Tuberose: Carnal Flower
    Vetiver: Vetiver Extraordinaire

    And would you agree that Serge Lutens Fleurs D'Oranger is a good orange blossom reference? Or is there something better?

    I think many refer to Dyptique Tam Dao as a reference sandlewood. Other notable mentions are MPG Santal Noble (a bit milky IMO) and maybe AOS? I'm not really a sandlewood guy but this is a heavily debated topic.
    There's one guy who's big into that, forgot who. Check the post pics of your scent (most recent edition) for the pic with sandlewood balls soaked in oil. a search for the word sandlewood within that thread should do the trick.
